It looked really appetizing, but I found it a trifle dry. The base was a piece of sponge cake soaked in raspberry syrup, with a mango mousse in the centre. Not my favourite, but I'm tempted to try the chocolate one the next time around.
A photo blog to record my learning curve, while enabling other photography enthusiasts to follow my progress.
To all ye who want to paint with light ...
I should have started this blog many moons ago as I started experiencing the joys of rediscovering the art of photography. But as the saying goes - it's better late, than never!
So, here I am, in the hopes of recording what I learn as I progress from ignorance to enlightenment; about what my eyes can see that my camera can capture; and, what my mind imagines and my camera paints with its capabilities.
Please feel free to add any comments and share your wisdom (tips or tricks) that you have picked up along the way.

Day 193 - Time for dessert
Dessert is my favourite course in a meal and I could sometimes just eat it as the main course if it's one of my favourites. This was a new dessert that I found at the grocery store and decided to give it a try. It's a raspberry-mango verrine.
